What is Lladró online shop?
The Lladró online shop is a sales platform for purchasing a range of Lladró porcelain pieces via internet from the comfort of home.`
What can I purchase online?
We have selected a wide variety of products from our catalog including classic creations, innovative sculptures, porcelain accessories and scented candles. Among our suggestions, you will find suitable gifts that meet your requirements.

Occasionally, some of our pieces may be "temporarily unavailable". If this occurs, we recommend checking availability again in a few days, or if you wish, you can contact our Consumer Relations Department who will be pleased to notify you as soon as the piece is available.

What guarantee does the Lladró online shop offer?
All pieces purchased from the Lladró online shop are guaranteed by the Lladró brand. If, within 30 days from the reception date, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may send us a written notice to
e-boutique@es.lladro.com (for purchases made from Europe) or e-boutique@us.lladro.com (for purchases made from USA). Our Consumer Relations Department will instruct you on the steps to follow to return your purchase. Return expenses shall be borne by the purchaser and the product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, the purchase price will be reimbursed to your credit card in a maximum period of 30 days.

Lladró shall accept, at any time, the return of faulty or damaged products during their shipping, and shall be responsible for the return expenses, provided that Lladró is informed about this event within ten days from the day of receipt of shipment. In order to return the purchased product, please send us an e-mail, and our Consumer Relations Department will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Is there any other advantage to purchasing at Lladró online shop?
Any purchase made at the Lladró online shop is assured against breakage and is covered for 100% of its price(*). In the event that any piece purchased via our online shop is damaged in the twelve months subsequent to the date of purchase, Lladró will restore it for you free of charge through LAP (Lladró Assurance Program), and if necessary, shall replace it with the same piece provided that the reference is still in the current catalogue. After the first year, you will have 33% coverage on the value of the piece. Therefore, in case of breakage, you may purchase a replacement piece at 66% of the original price.

In case you decide to make use of Lladró Assurance Program, simply contact our Consumer Relations Department.

(*)This coverage is valid for breakages during the first year and for one single substitution. Lladró S.A. reserves the right to waive this assurance in those cases in which it judges, according to its own criteria, that the breakage was not fortuitous and was caused with the intention of damaging Lladró or third parties.
Do I have to register to browse the online shop?
No, it is not necessary. You simply enter by clicking on “Online Shop”, on the top right hand side of your screen; or by clicking on the “Buy it online” button in any of the references in our catalog. Your personal details are only required when placing your order.
What methods of payment does Lladró accept?
Our shop accepts credit cards and Paypal. Visa, American Express, 4B, Mastercard, Maestro 4B and Paypal are also accepted for purchases made from Europe.  For purchases that are made from the USA, payment should be by Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Echeck and Paypal.

How can I know you have received my order correctly?
Apart from the on-screen confirmation on our website at the end of your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we have correctly received your order. The email will include an order number which will help you to locate and check the progress of your purchase.

You can also check the "My account" section at any time, where you will see all the orders you have placed, and their current status.
When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time for Europe is no longer than seven days door-to-door by courier. Once the order is ready and has been sent, you will receive an email informing you that it has been dispatched.

For the USA, you may choose between standard (ground) or urgent (overnight) shipping.  Approximate delivery times are as follows:

VI VIRGIN ISLANDS

Pieces are delivered door-to-door; consequently, we do not accept shipment addresses for PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Can I buy gifts to send to other people?
Of course. You can send your purchases from the Lladró online shop to any address you wish, provided it is in a country to which we deliver. In addition, you can request your purchases to be gift wrapped and include a personalized card.
