LAP program conditions
To be able to claim on your assurance, you must present the damaged piece in any authorized Lladró establishment, together with the duly completed assurance card stamped by the authorized establishment where the piece was purchased, and also including the authenticity code (if available) or the Limiter Edition Number. Lladró reserves the right to cancel the program at any time.
For the assurance to be effective, it must have been activated within a time of one month following the purchase date.
Only one piece may be registered per certificate. This program does not apply in cases of robbery or loss, so the damaged piece must always be presented at your Lladró retailer.

The authenticity
For the assurance to be valid, the authenticity code appearing on the base alongside the Lladró logo
(except on some small pieces) must be intact and the piece must have
been purchased in an authorized Lladró establishment.
The assurance will only be valid for the piece
whose authenticity code (except on some small
pieces) coincides with the one given to Lladró to activate
the insurance and which is written on the card.
Lladró reserves the
right to cancel the program at any time.
