Conditions for the insurance
Lladró offers you the possibility to insure your piece totally free of charge, in such a way that if it breaks you can purchase it again with a 33% discount on its retail price at the moment of repurchase.
If the damaged piece is no longer in the brand's catalogue or if it is sold out, you can purchase another piece at an equal or lower price.
If the damage is only to a replaceable part of the piece, Lladró will supply the replacement part at no extra cost via your authorized retailer (special parts will be charged only in exceptional cases). These accessories will only be replaced if the piece is still in catalogue.

For the insurance to be valid, it must have been activated within a period of one month following the purchase date at a Lladró authorized retailer. Furthermore, the Lladró logo on the base of the piece must be intact.

To make use of the insurance you must present the damaged piece at any Lladró authorized retailer, together with your personal details to check the validity.
The insurance is not valid for theft or loss.
