A CALL TO ACTION TO PROTECT OUR PLANET THROUGH ART WITH DULK

Last week, art collectors, nature lovers, and enthusiasts of fine craftsmanship gathered at the Lladró Boutique on West 14th Street in New York for the unveiling of Ephemeral Treasures, an exclusive collection in collaboration with celebrated Spanish artist Antonio Segura Donat, known as Dulk.

The collection features two remarkable works: Ephemeral Treasures and Soul Rider, both reflecting Dulk’s deep concern for endangered species and the fragile balance of our natural world.

Ephemeral Treasures, a complex masterpiece limited to just 200 units, transforms Dulk’s iconic paintings into porcelain, featuring animals from the Asian jungles such as the peacock, tiger, and monkey in a vibrant, intricate allegory of fragile ecosystems.

Soul Rider, limited to 500 units, introduces a guardian of nature, first seen in Dulk’s murals, now reimagined as a standalone sculpture. It bridges symbolism with tangible presence, reminding us of our connection to the natural world.

The event offered guests an opportunity to experience the unique fusion of art and nature as Dulk introduced two meticulously handcrafted porcelain sculptures, each a reflection of his profound appreciation for the natural world. Brought to life through Lladró’s renowned craftsmanship, the pieces captured Dulk’s signature surreal vision of nature in transformation.

Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception and had the chance to engage in a personal conversation with the artist, who shared insights into the creative process and the inspiration behind the collection. Dulk also signed pieces during the event, adding a personal touch to the exclusive evening.

The Lladró boutique in the Meatpacking District, located at 435 West 14th Street, New York, showcases the brand’s most innovative porcelain creations, from cutting-edge lighting to stunning jewelry and iconic contemporary sculptures, all displayed in a series of dynamic and immersive spaces.
