LLADRÓ AT INDIA DESIGN ID 2024

New Delhi recently hosted India’s best contemporary design, interiors and decor at India Design ID.

Lladró showed at its booth (Hall 1, 178-179) its most contemporary and ground-breaking designs in porcelain, lighting collections and relevant traditional creations. Proposals where design is coupled with traditional artisan processes to give voice to emotion and diversity, from New Concept and Lighting collections.

The fair was the perfect occasion to launch Lladró’s new introductions for the Spring season. Such as the Underwater collection, an emotional and sensorial tribute to life and the primeval element from which it came: water. Or the Mudras– gestures that come from yoga and meditation practices from Hinduism and Buddhism. The works in the Eternal Fluidity collection, that took their inspiration from ancient wisdom to create an allegory of classicism that co-exists with innovation, of the primal that embraces the constant flow of change. And the newest introductions to the Origami Collection– lion and bull.

Lladró’s also showed its latest lighting collections by prestigious designers: Soft Blown by Nichetto Studio, as surprising and fun as it is sophisticated and contemporary, and Seasons inspired by Art Decó style and nature. Well accompanied by Belle de Nuit in multicolour, whose petals reflect the moonlight; Firefly collection and Kokeshi, showing their own distinct personalities in order to offer a journey through light in porcelain.

Some designs from the New Concept collection were also on display at the stand. Such as Jaime Hayon’s iconic The Guest, both irreverent and distinguished in its different colors; Gorilla in a new red metallic finish and Art Decó inspired jeweled Fox and Squirrel.

This year at India Design ID, Lladró also collaborated with luxury interior brands Anca and Maison De Luxe, decorating their spaces with bold and striking sculptures handcrafted in porcelain. Anca presented a Lladró bar, styled with Jaime Hayon’s creations The Guest and Embraced and illuminated with Firefly Collection. The bar accessories from the Toucan collection added a playful and tropical touch to the sophisticated black bar.

While the space by Maison De Luxe featured bold Origami Panther in golden metallic finish, Imaginary flowers and Firefly lamp by Olga Hanono.
