In December 2023, Lladró unveiled a new pop-up concept space at the Chengdu IFS International Financial Center, Sichuan, China. Launched as part of Lladró’s 70th anniversary celebrations, the space showcases the boundless creativity of the New Concept line, the porcelain magic of the brand’s Lighting series, captivating Design sculptures and art porcelain Jewelry.

Lladró pop-up space occupies an excellent position in the atrium LG2. Using soft pink and orange combined with clear and lively turquoise as main colors, it has created an artistic «living room», full of simple fashion and exquisite taste. Every guest can appreciate the moving beauty of the resonance of art and life from the moment they enter the mall atrium.

Lladró novelties include collaborations with famous designers from around the world, such as Olga Hanono, Bodo Sperlein or Marcel Wanders among others. They have created innovative masterpieces, giving full play to the appeal of porcelain, a traditional material, and showing fascinating art and expressiveness.

Shown at the pop-up store in Chengdu IFS are the newest collaboration between Jaime Hayon and Lladró, Embraced, and The Guest, Lladró’s most captivating character. A special creation recently intervened by Camille Walala and Kzeng Jiang, the first Chinese avant-garde artist in the world to collaborate with this series.
