NEW OPENING OF LLADRÓ QINGDAO HISENSE BOUTIQUE STORE

Boasting exquisite porcelain designs and classic pieces, Lladró reopened and upgraded the Qingdao Hisense Boutique Store. A space to highlight the brand’s high artistic standards, presenting a rich and diverse array of products.

Pure white and matte gold define the 92-square meter store interior, lit with Lladró porcelain lamps to create a warm and cozy atmosphere that encapsulates a tradition of craftsmanship and exquisite design.

Stepping into the store, visitors are greeted by impressive sculptures, like Gladiator and Diana, or the captivating The Guest with a special wall showing the collaborations with renowned artists to give it a distinctive personality.

Inside, the store presents High Porcelain pieces rarely found in China, new concept design series, lighting such as the colorful Belle De Nuit series, and the Nightbloom collection by the highly imaginative Marcel Wanders, scents, and other creations.

A notable display at Qingdao boutique is one of Lladró’s most valuable work of art  “Queen of the Nile”. The piece comprises 382 parts, and takes two artisans working full-time for 12 days to complete. It takes 400 hours to paint the design, another 150 hours to assemble and set each part, and another 520 hours to complete the rest of the process, not including the prior steps of creating the design and sketches. The technical difficulty and artistic value of this piece is clearly evident. All the characters and decorations in the piece are rigorously scaled down to proportion to create an authentic presentation of the luxurious outings of Cleopatra.
