ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

As part of our mission, we strive to ensure that all people can fully and seamlessly access our products and services through the use of conventional and assistive devices and technologies. Lladró assumes this responsibility and commitment in accordance with the provisions of Law 11/2023, of May 8, on the transposition of European Union Directives regarding the accessibility of certain products and services, as well as complementary regulations.

To guarantee a fully accessible digital experience, we ensure that our website and its content are compatible with the most commonly used screen readers, operable via keyboard, and that all information is accessible without relying on color. Below, we detail the technical measures we have implemented to achieve this:

Functionalities
The following technical and functional measures have been implemented:

(I) Semantic labeling: all images and interactive elements include descriptive labels (alt and aria-label attributes) that allow proper interpretation by voice assistants and screen readers.

(II) Visual contrast: an adequate level of contrast between background and text is ensured to facilitate reading for people with low vision or in different lighting conditions.

(III) Accessible navigation: the content is fully compatible with navigation via keyboard, screen readers, voice commands, and other assistive technologies.

(IV) Content structure: a correct hierarchy of headings and HTML structure is used to improve comprehension and user orientation throughout the page.

(V) Adaptability: the website is optimized for viewing and use on all types of devices, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience on computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

Guidelines and technical standards

Lladró has implemented the international accessibility guidelines WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) from the W3C, at levels A and AA.

In addition, the accessibility standards established by UNE EN 301549:2022 technical specifications have been implemented.

Exceptions

The implementation of updates and improvements is an ongoing effort to which we are fully committed, seeking solutions to bring all areas of the website to the same level of accessibility. However, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of the following sections of the website:

- Third-party pages that our website www.lladro.es redirects to.
- Preloaded PDF documents. Nevertheless, upon user request, Lladró can prepare an accessible version of the document.

Adaptations to Lladró product and piece images

Some accessibility settings – such as contrast, color, brightness adjustments, or chromatic range replacements – may alter the visual perception of our catalog products.

Lladró allows modification and adaptation of this material to ensure that all users can comfortably and barrier-free access our website content. However, these adaptations may result in differences between the “adapted” appearance of a piece and its original physical appearance.

We work to ensure that key information about each piece (description, dimensions, materials, finishes, and colors) is available in alternative formats so that all our users can access essential product information before making a purchase.

However, due to the nature of customized accessibility adjustments, it is not possible to guarantee that the image displayed after such adjustments will exactly correspond to the physical appearance of the product. Any visual differences caused by accessibility settings activated by the user do not affect the authenticity or quality of Lladró products.
