The annual Spanish National Day Reception was recently held in Shanghai, China. Nearly 500 representatives from a variety of sectors were present for the promotion of communication between China and Spain in the fields of culture, trade, education and more.

As part of this year’s celebrations marking the 20th anniversary of Lladró’s partnership with Operation Smile, the organization recently honored its longstanding partnerships and supporters at The Smile Event in New York City.

Nieves Contreras, Director of Creativity and Design at Lladró, traveled to Mexico as a guest of Diez Company, which organized various events such as workshops for students at the Universidad Centro, a talk on The Porcelain Revolution and a special dinner at the 1824 Social Club in Mexico City, where the firm’s most innovative creations were presented.

Lladró teamed up with Nobilia at the 2024 Rolex Shanghai Masters to explore the limitless possibilities in the art of home decor. Porcelain creations by Lladró were once again on display at this prestigious sporting event in China.

For the first time ever, India Design ID took place in Mumbai featuring the best contemporary design, interiors and decor by homegrown and international brands.

Lladró is participating in Feria Habitat Valencia 2024, the premier international event for the Spanish home furnishings industry, featuring a diverse range of furniture, lighting, decor, upholstery and bedding.

Lladró continues to collaborate with Operation Smile by being a part of the 8th Annual Houston Smile Gala, which celebrated the hundreds of thousands of life-changing surgeries performed by Operation Smile in more than 60 countries around the world since 1982.
