LLADRÓ CREATIONS SHINE AT THE 2023 STARLITE CHARITY GALA

Lladró was once again part of the most glamorous charity event of the summer, the 2023 Starlite Charity Gala in Marbella.

This annual event held in one of Spain’s most fashionable coastal destinations is a special night of philanthropy and celebration organised by the Starlite Foundation, which aims to raise funds for charitable projects and forms part of the Starlite Occident music festival.

This year’s event was jointly hosted by model Valeria Mazzaoak and TV presenter Carlos Latre and brought together more than 200 guests including actors, singers, influencers and entrepreneurs. Among the guests were legendary Spanish actor Antonio Banderas (who is part of the organization of this event), Spanish singers Rosana Arbelo and Luis Fonsi, and celebrities like Paula Echevarria or Miguel Angel Silvestre. They all enjoyed a memorable night of fine dining, music and dancing. A special musical performance was also provided by the American singer-songwriter Christopher Cross.

The rich and colourful decor was the perfect setting for showcasing creations by Lladró. Porcelain lamps from the Dome collection illuminated the guests’ dining tables. Guest and director of Elite Excellence at the Federación Española del Lujo, Sandra Andujar, wore the Moon pendant inspired by the ancient Roman goddess Diana, and as a guest of Elite Excellence, Lladró’s Global Marketing Director, Cristina Egido, wore a beautiful necklace from the Actinia collection.

This year’s event marks the fifth year in a row that Lladró has been involved in the Starlite Charity Gala. Through donations received at a charity auction, the event helps to raise funds to help improve the lives, education and health of children, families and communities in need and offer opportunities for development, training and inclusion. The vital support of prominent entrepreneurs, celebrities and artists with a strong social consciousness and their ability to use their fame and influence play an important part in helping the Foundation achieve its aims.
