Lladró works to ensure digital accessibility for people with different functional capabilities. Our goal is to continuously improve our users' experience by applying the latest accessibility guidelines and technologies.

More specifically, we seek to introduce accessibility as a fundamental requirement in all our digital platforms, aligning ourselves with the accessibility guidelines for web content promulgated by the World Wide Web Consortium.

To ensure a seamless user experience, our current efforts are focused on delivering digital experiences that are compatible with the most widely used screen reading technologies, operable on keyboards, and providing all the necessary information without relying on color.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define the requirements that designers and developers must meet to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our goal is to achieve the highest level of accessibility, so we are constantly updating and improving the accessibility of our networks.

With a constantly expanding website, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all pages have the same level of accessibility. The development of updates and improvements is a continuous effort to which we are committed, looking for solutions that bring all areas of the website to the same level of accessibility.

At Lladró we work with leading third-party developers in the field of web accessibility to test, correct and maintain the platform in accordance with the relevant guidelines provided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as international accessibility standards.

In addition, we comply with the average level of content accessibility criteria generally recognized under the provisions of Law 56/2007, of December 28, 2007, on Measures to Promote the Information Society, except in those cases in which a Lladró functionality or service does not have a technological solution that allows accessibility.

In order to continue improving, we welcome your comments to improve the accessibility of Lladró's websites, so please let us know about any accessibility issues you have encountered during your visit by specifying the country and language selected, the page and the nature of the problem by writing to the following e-mail address: atencion-clientes@en.lladro.com
